History
The Bleeding Axe clan is an ancient orc clan which stretches back for long before Gul'dan. The clan lived in balance with the elements in Nagrand. When Ner'zhul had visions from "the elements", and declared war with the Draenei the clan was eager to fight. The war went well for the orcs of the clan and thirsted for draenei blood, but then something strange happened, the shaman didn't get responds from the elements and couldn't communicate with the ancestors anymore. From that day forward they suspected Ner'zhul and his apprentice Gul'dan wether or not the draenei were the true enemies and wether the so called visions of Ner'zhul were correct, but they had to keep fighting the draenei or risking annihilation themselves. When Gul'dan asked them to join the Bloodpact they refused, and got expelled from the Old, corrupt, Horde. The clan fled to Blade's Edge Mountains because it wasn't hard to hide there. Although they were safe from the Horde, they were under constant attack of the ogres. The Bleeding Axe Clan stayed hidden untill they found out that Gul'dan wanted to open a portal to an unknown world. They planned a dangerous mission to cross this portal. On Azaroth they established in the woods of Hillsbrad Foothills. Shortly after a hunting party got attacked by humans Groshak Clearsight sended scouts to discover why these beings were that hostile and found out a war waged between the two races and joined up with the Horde. Although loss was innevitable the Horde kept fighting bravely untill the end. The clan managed to evade the human forces, just as the Warsong Clan, and went back to their, still secret, ramparts in Hillsbrad Foothills. There didn't happen much with the clan except that the Chieftain got a son, Gorthark. When Groshak heard of Thrall who libirated the orcs in the interim camps they joined forces with him. All went well untill the libaration of the 5th camp, the humans were prepared now. Many orcs of the Bleeding Axe died that night, including Groshak, which ment that young Gorthark would be chieftain and carry the name or Clearsight now.
Now the Bleeding Axe mainly fight the Alliance and the Burning Legion.

The clan is a primarily a RP guild, but we also do PvP (raiding alliance towns and organizing premades) and a bit PvE.
